Delivery and Returns
Pre-order only.
All our bags are open for pre-order only and we will try to fulfil all the orders within one month.
Delivery details:
Delivery is only available to Singapore.
Flat rate of $5 shipping for all orders is required.
Self collection available at our head office.
Deliveries are made on working days between 9am and 10pm.
If the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Ninja Van will make second and third attempts to deliver your parcel.
In the event that all delivery attempts fail, you must contact The Neutral Hues within 3 days after the third failed delivery attempt.
You will be presented with the following options:
Arrange for a redelivery (it will be treated as a new delivery order) by crediting the necessary delivery fee of S$4.00 to The Neutral Hue.’s bank account before the delivery arrangement is made.
Cancel your order by sending an email to hello@theneutralhues.com stating your intent. The Neutral Hues will deduct 50% of the purchase order and the $4.00 delivery fee, before refunding the remaining amount to you.
If The Neutral Hues. does not receive any form of communication from you within 14 days after the third failed delivery attempt, it will be considered that you have decided to cancel your order, and no refund will be issued.
Our standard delivery timeframe for orders is 5 to 7 working days. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances causing a delay in delivery, our team will contact you directly to provide an updated schedule.
Please be aware that Ninja Van is prohibited from making deliveries to restricted areas in Singapore. Prior placing your order, please ensure that your delivery address is not listed as a restricted area. For more information on the restricted areas, please click here, under ‘section 8. Restricted Areas’.
Return & Exchange Policy
The Neutral Hues. allows exchanges and returns within 3 days of successful delivery due to the following reason(s):
Product is faulty upon receipt. Please email hello@theneutralhues.com and provide your order details with photos of the faulty item(s).
Wrong product(s) delivery.
Please note that all exchanges, returns and refunds are subject to the discretion of The Neutral Hues.
